1. Shipping Methods
Standard U.S. Shipping — USPS: After processing, orders are generally delivered within 2–8 business days. Delivery may take longer for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, holidays, severe weather, or other carrier delays. USPS identifies 2–5 days as the expected delivery timeframe for Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage
International Express Shipping — DHL: After processing, international orders are generally delivered within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. The exact delivery estimate and shipping charge will be displayed at checkout when DHL service is available.
Free Standard U.S. Shipping — USPS: Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $99 or more, after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges, receive free standard shipping within the continental United States. Expedited and international shipping are not included.
This means an order totaling exactly $99.00 after applying a coupon qualifies for free shipping.
2. Processing and Cancellation Time
Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time..
Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the final payment.
4. International Shipping
Important: All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside PurBeaute’s control may affect delivery.
International Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless specifically stated at checkout.
